Dr. Troy Richey received his M.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine graduating with honors.

He then completed his internship at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, which was followed by a two year commitment as a General Practitioner in the U.S. Army in Germany.

His Dermatology Residency was done at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. After finishing his training, Dr. Richey then returned to Germany, this time as a Staff Dermatologist at Landstuhl Army Regional Medical Center for two years. In 1997, he moved to Eugene to begin his current private practice work.

Dr. Richey is the father of five daughters and lives in Eugene with his wife and their family. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys family time, the outdoors, traveling, cycling, sports, and reading.
